These Banana Fritters are the perfect way to use up ripe bananas (!)
And these fritters are also the perfect way to make the bananas (or whatever ingredients you choose to use) ‘go further’, using only 3 bananas to make approximately 11 fritters, which are very filling, these Banana Fritters are so quick and easy to make, I won’t bother trying to make a banana cake ever again.
And so delicious, they are hard to put down (!)
3 Ripe Bananas
1/2 – 1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 – 1 Tbsp Honey.
Crushed Black Pepper.
Approximately 100g Plain Flour, (add as you feel appropriate to make a sort of very thick pancake mix).
Fry 1-2 Tbsp of the mix per fritter in hot Olive Oil, a few minutes on each side, to leave a crispy edge and give a a gooey centre.
